GOVERNMENT MUST ENSURE THE STOCK MARKET IN FRUIT EXPORTS TRANSPARENT
We have seen growing requests and the demands of exporting fruit (ASOEX) to the government. Can these be legitimate and necessary.
But before the same authorities and exporters of fruits, mainly large ones, must worry about the transparency of the export market. This is a distorted and lacking in transparency unnamed product contracts, sui generis, which allows large companies self-selling export abroad and then return at any cost to the producer who has delivered the fruit on consignment for marketing.
These market distortions have to small and medium producers of fruit in complex debt and lacking in all sorts of possibilities for competitiveness, innovation. This is more important to rely on currency intervention by the state, which ultimately is paid for all Chileans.
